Villa Tuna | TC2467 | Kisla villa with infinity pool, whirlpool & sea views

With views out across Kalkan bay and Snake and Mouse Island, Villa Tuna can accommodate up to 12 guests in six bedrooms all of which have en-suite bathrooms. This villa is well thought out with two pools, a whirlpool and roof terrace, along with plenty of space to socialise or enjoy a quieter moment.

Villa Tuna is located approximately a 2 minute walk from the popular Kalkan Beach Park where you will find a restaurant/bar, beach area,  sunbathing platforms and access to the clear waters of the Mediterranean where they also have a large floating pontoon.

Lower ground floor
Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. Both bedrooms have twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.  

Ground floor
An open plan living area covers most of the ground floor, with the lounge area furnished with sofas and armchairs which are all set around the wall mounted flat screen TV. Situated between the lounge area and kitchen there is a dining table to seat 8 guests. At the opposite end of the living room to the lounge is the kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There are two sliding glass patio doors which lead out on to the pool terrace. 

Bedroom 3 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is also located on the villas ground floor and offers access to the main pool terrace.

First floor
Bedroom 4 & 5 - There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. Both bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 have a double bed, en-suite bathroom, Jacuzzi bath, sea views and direct access to the furnished balcony.  

Second floor
Bedroom 6 - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the villas second floor and offers sea views and access to a large furnished roof terrace.

Outside
Steps lead down from the street level to the main pool terrace where you will find a stand-alone spa pool and infinity swimming pool.  To the side of the main pool there are sun loungers available and additional seating areas. At the side of the villa is a BBQ and alfresco dining table and chairs.

Additional information
There is a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants approximately a 5-10 minute walk from Villa Tuna. A number of local beach clubs can be reached within a 2-10 minute walk, including Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach Club and Mahal Beach Club.
